Our BC Sticks have been designed to be easily replaceable. Simply pull them off like a bottle cap and snap the replacement on in their place.

On average, our delivery times are between 3 to 4 weeks. Each controller is handcrafted and custom-built in our workshop in Avignon, France, which explains our timelines.

Controllers with customization on the touchpad may require additional time.

During peak periods like the holiday season, sales, or Black Friday, delivery times can extend up to 6 weeks, depending on the number of orders in progress.

For those who can't wait 😉, we also offer a paid Express option: assembly and delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

Lastly, accessory orders are typically shipped and delivered within 48 business hours.

We offer several delivery options with different rates depending on the delivery country.

In France, delivery is free to a pickup point for all orders. Alternatively, home delivery costs €9, or it’s free for orders over €200.

An Express paid option is also available, where the controller will be assembled with priority and shipped to your home.

We use Colissimo services and their network of pickup points (Post Offices and partner stores) for deliveries.

For other countries, a Colissimo partner is used once the package crosses the border.

All our controllers are custom-built by our technicians in France, which is why our average lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. This may extend depending on the period (holidays, sales, Black Friday, etc.) or the complexity of the customization, and can go up to 6 weeks. An Express paid option is available during the delivery method selection for those in a hurry 😉 The assembly and delivery are then completed within 4 to 5 working days.

In order to offer the best performance and flawless compatibility, Burn only modifies official controllers.

At this stage, the manufacturer's warranty is no longer valid.

Burn then provides a 6-month warranty, covering parts and labor.

Drift issues with the analog sticks are only covered during the first 6 months, as they result from rapid wear due to the use of the controller in FPS-type games.

It is possible to extend the warranty duration at the time of purchase, and only at the time of purchase, via the LAB, our online configurator. This option is offered at the price of €30.
