What is the BurnMyController program ?

We are often asked wether it's possibkle to send a controller our way to improve or customize it. Up until now, at Burn, we considered it better to order exclusively on our website : controllers, modifications and customizations.

Problem is, a customized and modified controller can quickly climb up the price range.

So we told ourselves that some people could be interested in only paying for modifications on their controller.

How does it work ?

At Burn, we care about our customers. Therefore we made it as easy as it could be. Here is how the BurnMyController program works :

1. Go onto our website in the "Burn My Controller" section
   
2. Click "Customize" to select your desired options. You can chose a color and the base controller to get a relatable image of the final product.
   
3. Validate and pay.
   
4. We send you a document to send your controller our way.
   
5. When we receive it, we check your controller and if everything is OK, we proceed to make the modifications, and then the shipment.
   

 

Are there any cautions to be aware of ?

A non-dysfucntional and clean controller

Indeed, for this program to be efficient, it is paramount that the controller sent to us is in perfect state.

As explained previously, when we receive the controller, we make verifications and check-ups on the controller. If it's functional and clean, we take it to the next step.

However, if the controller has any default, we have the right to decline the order. In that case, we offer refunds, minus shipping fees, which is of 16€ with tax.

If the controller happens to be dirty, we reserve ourselves the right to bill for an additionnal cleaning service.

 

What about my PS5 Dualsense controller's warranty ?

Modifications are made after a customer asks for them. To install them, we have to open the controller. As soon as that's done, the warranty is no longer available.

Burn Controllers offers a 6-month warranty, only on installed modiifcations. Issues linked directly to the controller itself are not included.
