Warranty and returns
To offer the best performance and flawless compatibility, Burn only modifies official controllers.
At this stage, the manufacturer's warranty is no longer valid.
Burn then offers a 6-month warranty, covering both parts and labor.
Drift issues with the analog sticks are only covered during the first 6 months, as they are the result of rapid wear due to the usage of the controller in FPS-type games.
It is possible to extend the warranty at the time of purchase, and only at the time of purchase, through the LAB, our online configurator. This option is available for €30.
